Who We Are
TD Eure Marine Construction has spent over 50 years executing complex marine construction projects for the country's most demanding clients, including the US Coast Guard, the US Navy, the National Park Service, and NOAA. Our team, led by Coastal Scientist Jason Peters, has installed thousands of acres of underwater habitat and miles of living shorelines with technical precision.
We made a deliberate decision to dedicate a division entirely to this work because the science, the methods, and the site-specific decision-making involved deserve a team built exclusively around them. We install the full range of living shoreline systems: granite boulder sills, modular reef structures, hardwood log stabilization, and wave attenuation devices, delivering expert guidance from the first conversation to final placement.
Jason Peters
Division Director and Chief Scientist
Jason has a lifelong passion for the coast and coastal conservation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Biological Oceanography. During his career in state government, Jason led a multidisciplinary team of biologists, equipment operators, divers, and vessel captains to implement the largest and most innovative statewide coastal restoration program in the country.
Through this work, he developed extensive experience in coastal habitat restoration, marine operations, and large-scale project implementation. Jason also built a broad network of coastal advocates, scientists, and resource managers dedicated to protecting and restoring coastal ecosystems.
Today, Jason brings that passion, his scientific background, his experience navigating government operations, and his expertise in marine construction to TD Eure, where he works to advance innovative living shoreline and coastal restoration solutions.
With TD Eure Living Shorelines, engineers get a contractor who understands the science behind the design. Project owners get a team that can advise them from the very first conversation through completed installation.
WHAT WE DO
LIVING SHORELINE INSTALLATION
Granite boulder sills, modular reef structures, hardwood log and fiber stabilization, wave attenuation devices, oyster reef installation, and hybrid systems. Every major method, installed by a team that has done it before.
Marine Logistics & Equipment
Barge mobilization, crane operations, tidal window planning, material staging, and shallow water access operations.
QuickReef Manufacturing & Installation
For sites where modular reef structures are the right solution, we manufacture QuickReef units at our own facility; controlling quality from casting through final placement in the water.
Consulting & Client Education
We help clients understand their options from the very beginning. Whether you need guidance on method selection or a contractor ready to execute a design already on the table, we meet you where you are.
